Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will accept the return only if the following conditions are met:
- You receive our product in damage or broken condition.
- You receive the product other than you ordered.
- Proof of purchase
If all the above conditions are met, please follow the below mentioned procedure to return your parcel:
- Inform our customer support about your case for return by either giving us a whatsapp message or call at +92 321 7646894 or sending us an email at email@example.com. Our customer support team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your return/refund.
- Once the return is confirmed, please send us the parcel on the same address mentioned on the consignment slip on your parcel.
- Provide your preferred mode of payment (Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash) to our customer support team and your payment will be returned within a week.
Please Note that the payment for delivery will be deducted on both routes.
